More reliable Sales Navigator access detection

Saber now avoids disconnecting LinkedIn connectors that do not have a Sales Navigator seat and can recover stale access flags from the live connector session.

Saber now checks Sales Navigator access before making a Sales Navigator request and can recover stale access information from the connected session.

What changed

  • Connectors without a Sales Navigator seat are skipped before an unsupported request is made, so the expected lack of access no longer causes a spurious disconnect.
  • A connector whose saved access flag is stale can recover its current subscription tier from the live session and continue normally.
  • The same access check is used across contact research, contact search, contact resolution, and contact-profile signal work.

No customer action is required. Existing connected sessions use the updated behavior automatically.
