Contact Lists
Save contact search results as reusable snapshots for review, enrichment, contact signals, outreach, and CRM workflows.
Overview
Contact Lists store snapshots of matched contacts so your team can reuse a researched audience without rerunning the source search each time.
Use Contact Lists for prospecting queues, campaign audiences, enrichment workflows, and review steps before outreach. A list gives teams a stable set of people to inspect, enrich, and sync.
Recommended workflow
- Identify target accounts with company search or imported CRM data.
- Run contact search against those accounts.
- Create a Contact List from the validated search.
- Page through contacts for QA or enrichment.
- Run contact signals before outreach or CRM sync.
Snapshot behavior
Contact Lists are point-in-time snapshots. That makes them useful for repeatable workflows because the working set does not change every time a source system changes.
Create a new list when you want to compare a new search strategy against an older one. Update an existing list when the working set should be treated as the same operational audience.
List hygiene
Use names that capture audience, source, and intent. For example, Enterprise security VP prospects from target accounts is easier to route than security contacts.
Track which workflow owns each list. Lists used by automated enrichment or CRM sync should have stricter review rules than lists used for ad hoc research.
