Contact Intelligence

Use Saber MCP contact tools to find people at target accounts, run contact research, and retrieve profile-level signal answers.

Contact intelligence tools let you research individuals before meetings, ask free-form questions about a person, and discover contacts at a company via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Contact research

Create contact research

Start an async job that gathers AI insights about a person from LinkedIn and other sources. Returns a job ID immediately; use Get contact research to poll for results.

Results include structured insights on background, career history, current role, and areas of expertise.

Get contact research

Retrieve contact research by job ID. Returns the job status and, when complete, the full structured insights.

Get contact research by external ID

Look up contact research using an external system ID (e.g. a HubSpot contact ID) and source name. Useful when you have the CRM identifier but not the Saber job ID.

Contact signals

Create contact signal

Ask a free-form question about a specific contact and get the answer asynchronously. Works like company signals but targets a person rather than a company.

List contact signals

Browse past contact signals, filtered by contact ID or date.

Get contact signal

Retrieve a specific contact signal by ID.

Search contacts

Find people at a company via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Search by job title, name, or keywords. Returns profiles with name, title, and LinkedIn URL.

Requires a LinkedIn Sales Navigator connection on your Saber account. Check Settings → Connectors in the Saber app if contact search returns no results.
